Here’s the bottom line
My experience was quite remarkable! The dinner at the lobby restaurant was fantastic, and we indulged in a generous breakfast buffet that pleasantly surprised us. Facilities were well-kept, and the helpful staff made everything easier. If you're planning a trip to the National Parks, this location offers ample parking and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

Just a solid selection for getting around the area in Fresno with the best value for money ratio. I was always greeted with a warm smile by the staff. For best experience, try to talk to Peter in the bar for a cocktail.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how spacious my room was and the amazing views of the pool. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and exploring the lovely garden area were highlights for me. The only downside was the grab-and-go breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

We enjoyed our stay with my daughter! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were amazing, especially Natalie at the front desk who accommodated our requests. The breakfast was a nice touch, and we loved the park-like setting nearby for our evening walks.
My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options near the hotel.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Piccadilly! The spacious room with two queen beds was perfect for our family, providing plenty of space for the kids to play. The property is beautifully landscaped, creating a lovely environment to relax. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options like eggs, sausage, and pancakes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The decor is a bit dated.

Staying at Piccadilly in Fresno was a good experience. The grounds looked well-maintained, and my spacious room offered a restful stay. The breakfast had decent options, despite a few hiccups like the hot tub being closed. I'll definitely return for another visit on my American adventures.

perfect spot for parks and cultural exploration
I loved the easy access to Oso de Oro Park, just a short walk away, and the Fresno Art Museum was within a quick drive, making it perfect for my weekend strolls. While the room was a good size and provided everything I needed, I think some areas of the hotel could use a little updating to enhance the overall experience.

The room had a nice view over the pool. The air conditioner worked well after a day of hiking.
I would have liked it to be quieter. Loud parties made resting difficult.

Great value and lovely staff!
Came here for a concert and was super happy with the stay. Clean rooms and plenty of free parking. Housekeeping even brought me extra pillows and towels right away. The A/C was on point and the bed was comfy. Found some cool restaurants nearby for dinner. Just wish the hotel was updated a bit since it's showing its age.

The room was large and comfortable, perfect for my family's stay while attending a funeral nearby. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the late check-out option, which made our travel much easier. While the breakfast could use some improvement, the convenient location made up for it. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would likely return.
